Why Nourish?
Nourish was born with the mission of creating healthy and convenient beverage options and leaving each person feeling better than when they came through the doors. We chose products higher in protein and lower in sugar that have been bringing health to others for over 45 years. With the owner herself having these exact products everyday for almost 10 years. Sprouting the idea of wanting to share with others energizing and protein options that make you feel GOOD. With the mission of creating a healthier lifestyle and wanting to share that with the community of Rockford!
Our Story
We moved downtown Rockford in the spring of 2021 from Algoma Ave, where we started in 2019 as 'Top Notch Nutrition'. As our move downtown we decided a name change would better suit our new location and adventure, and a few months later our current owner took over! We've loved being apart of the downtown community and have felt welcomed with open arms from every business, resident and visitor!
About the owner
A little bit about our owner, Shannon! She started her first business, just like Nourish, in 2017 at the age of 22 in Grand Haven. While that location lasted a little less than 2 years it was a great learning experience and growth opportunity and only increased her excitement for entrepreneurship. In 2020 she opened Bliss Allendale in the heart of Grand Valley, which is almost at their 5 years impacting the community! Fast forward to 2021, it was a loud 'YES' when the opportunity came to expand and impact Rockford. She's been apart of Nourish Rockford since the beginning dates of buildout in 2019, and the communities welcoming arms made it easy to want to be fully apart of downtown! Who wouldn't want to be apart of the cutest Hallmark town?!
